North Dakota's Democratic NPL candidate for congress was asked if he agrees with the president that climate change is one of the nation's most pressing issues.

Democrat Trygve Hammer filed to run for North Dakota’s 2024 U.S. House race, vowing the time for Democrats “retreating” is over.

Hammer said right now, his campaign is focused on getting the Democratic nomination and building up campaign funds. He said he will also continue making phone calls, knocking on doors, and having important conversations with voters.
